Never go here!!! It was my worst experience. She didn’t agree to what I wanted instead she did what she likes and ruined my eyebrows. She made my thick eyebrows very thin and I didn’t like them at all.

Rukhsar is simply the best! She always does precise work! Would definitely recommend!

Wanted to try them out, online says they close at 7 so I walked in at 615 and the lady was counting her drawer and shook her head rudely. Just lost business and will not be returning ever. If there is an update in hours should be updated on google.

Came in here for the first time a few months ago. I was in a rush so I said I’ll go in here and hopefully they do a good job. Well, I been coming ever since. Rukhsar has been doing my brows ever since. Very nice and good.

DO NOT GO HERE! UPDATE: The owner told me to call her which I did, she did not let me get a word in. She did all the talking and told me that I was banned because of my review and that none of the girls at this studio will do my eyebrows. She then went on about how they have 60 tips and good reviews and it was my own fault. It’s my fault that I asked her to do my eyebrows the way I would like. She then repeatedly told me it was my fault for my eyebrows being messed up. I asked for a refund and she told me she can’t give me one. She said in the text message “it’s just $12” The entire phone call was her talking and not letting me talk at all and then she hung up. On the phone She said she doesn't care about me writing a review I should do because they get good ones all the time. Her telling me she can do them for me isn’t the issue, it’s how she handled this from the start and how she spoke to me on the phone. Very dismissive. Original: DO NOT GO HERE! The minute you have have a discrepancy or stick up for what you’d like they treat you like trash! This isn’t my first time there but this was my first time getting my eyebrows done by Ruksara. After she was done I asked her to just make the tail ends sharper and she made them I ever and told thin. I had stopped her and explained how I was dissatisfied and she told me that I can just pencil in my eyebrows for the next two weeks every day to make up for it :/. I told her that I did not want to put makeup on my eyebrows everyday. I showed her a picture of the eyebrow I got down from the other lady and she keep on insisting that I had penciled them in (and they weren’t). She then told me to make up for it she said I didn’t have to pay. She said it out loud. Then after she fixed it she told me I had to pay because I said that this experience is getting a review. I asked for the manager (owner) and she gave me the managers number who didn’t answer until 3 hours later and she still hasn’t responded.l to my text. The bottom three photos are from the service provided by Ruksara. Very rude lady and a sloppy job. The top row was done in February by a nicer lady there. Save your $12 and get a different lady there or somewhere else.
